Creator Kitchen or ChatGPT and Claude: which should I use?
Use ChatGPT or Claude if you want quick, general help with a caption or a brainstorm and don't mind pasting in your own context each time. Use Creator Kitchen if you post on Instagram regularly and want advice built on your own account: it reads your posts, numbers and comments before it answers, shows the evidence behind every suggestion, and keeps your ideas, saves and scripts on one board. If you post rarely, a general assistant is probably enough for now.
Where do the coach's numbers come from?
From your own Instagram data, worked out by code before the coach writes anything. Every answer lists the posts and comments it used, so you can check each number.
Does Creator Kitchen post for me or read my DMs?
No. It has read-only access to your posts, comments and insights through Instagram's own login. It never posts, never reads or sends DMs, and you can disconnect and delete everything at any time.
